Cresselia

Cresselia, the Lunar Pokemon. On nights with the quarter moon, the rings around her extend outwards and give off the illusion of sparkles or glitter. Its said that anyone that sleeps with a feather from Cresslia will have good dreams. Its the counterpart to Darkrai, who shows up later on.
